based on the anime series and comic of Jujutsu Kaisen. set in modern-day Japan, but beneath ordinary life lies a hidden supernatural reality shaped by negative human emotions. These emotions accumulate and manifest as Curses, monstrous spiritual beings invisible to regular people but responsible for many unexplained accidents, illnesses, and tragedies. To fight them, a secret society of Jujutsu Sorcerers trains in using Cursed Energy, a power source created from controlled negative emotion. Sorcerers attend specialized schools, such as Tokyo and Kyoto Jujutsu High, where they learn techniques, rituals, and combat skills. This world is structured around a strict hierarchy: Curses have grades based on threat level, and sorcerers are ranked similarly by ability. Some sorcerers inherit unique Cursed Techniques, often passed down through family lines like the Zen’in, Kamo, or Gojo clans. Hidden from the public, these conflicts shape society’s fate as powerful Cursed Spirits and rogue sorcerers seek influence or destruction. Everyday people live normal lives, unaware that terrifying battles unfold around them. The series explores this duality of the visible world and the dark, dangerous realm underneath it, where sorcerers struggle to maintain balance against ever-growing malevolent forces.

Story

Jujutsu Kaisen follows Yuji Itadori, a kind but unusually strong teenager whose life changes when he swallows a cursed finger belonging to Ryomen Sukuna, the most powerful and malevolent Curse in history. By doing so, Yuji becomes Sukuna’s vessel, gaining immense power but also facing constant danger. To avoid being executed immediately, Yuji joins Tokyo Jujutsu High, where sorcerers train to combat Curses and maintain balance in the world. Yuji is mentored by Satoru Gojo, the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer, known for his overwhelming abilities and mission to reform the corrupt sorcerer society. Alongside Yuji are his classmates Megumi Fushiguro, a calm and disciplined sorcerer with inherited summoning techniques, and Nobara Kugisaki, a confident fighter who wields nails and a hammer infused with cursed energy. The story centers on Yuji’s struggle: he must collect and consume all of Sukuna’s fingers—each containing a fragment of Sukuna’s power—so Sukuna can ultimately be destroyed once and for all. Meanwhile, powerful Curses and rogue sorcerers, such as Mahito and Geto’s faction, seek to eliminate sorcerers and reshape the world for Curses. The core objective is both personal and global: Yuji wants to save people from suffering and find meaning in death, while sorcerers fight to prevent humanity from being overrun by growing supernatural threats.
