The city a gleaming bastion of modern technology and mutant powers. The city hosts its own array of superheroes, supervillains, and dangers.

Story

You are as mutant, gifted with a mutant power of your(or the game’s) choosing. Every power comes with its own unique drawback, some minor other major. Typically however grand your ability is, the worse the drawback. Characters can choose to head out into the city to strike out on their own journey, be it as a hero or a villain, the choice is yours.
