A dieselpunk world based on Scott Westerfeld’s “Leviathan” novels, a steampunk-infused alternate history set during World War I blending historical events with fantastical elements like mechanized dieselpunk war machines (Clankers) and genetically modified creatures called beasties (Darwinists).

Story

The story focuses on Isaace Claude, a young Clanker pilot and engineer who abandons the war effort to help Darwinist scientist Dr. Clara Mirecourt smuggle a unique and dangerous beastie to safety: A Velvetwraith, comprised of aspects from the panther, adder, chameleon, owl, and octopus, this deadly beastie is the only female of its kind in existence, designed by the British to hunt and kill priority targets with extreme efficiency. Isaac and Clara need to bring it to safety, pursued by Darwinist and Clankers alike who each wish to use the creature for their own gain.
