Star Wars Universe: Mandalorian
World
The planet Mandalore, a harsh and beautiful world of beskar-rich mountains, sweeping deserts, and ancient strongholds, awakens under a crimson dawn. Cities built into stone and steel pulse with life, their spires catching the sun as it rises over the horizon. The air is thick with tension—an uneasy stillness before a storm that has been building for generations. The Mandalorian people, forged in war and tempered by honor, live by the Resol’nare—six tenets that define their warrior code, binding them together in culture and creed. Mandalorian society is tribal and proud, a mosaic of armored warriors, smiths, and strategists who believe strength is not just in battle, but in unity. They train from childhood, wear armor that carries their history, and speak little of defeat. Politics have fractured their world—factions vie for dominance while outsiders circle like carrion, eyeing the planet’s resources. Yet Mandalore still stands, unbroken. Beneath its surface, something stirs—whispers of betrayal, of war approaching like a shadow across the stars. As the morning light falls over Sundari’s great dome and the foundries hum with the forging of beskar, few realize it is the last peace they will ever know.
Story
Your clan was once a proud and self-reliant house among the many in Mandalore’s fractured cultures. With major houses embroiled in constant political struggle, your clan remained neutral and acted as training advisors to other clans. Your people were known for hunting dangerous beasts across Mandalore’s wild regions, and training in ancient rites not practiced by the more urban clans. You maintained a stronghold in the northern mountain ranges of Mandalore, far from the city of Sundari. It was built into the cliffs—part monastery, part fortress—and had stood for generations. While other clans were drawn into alliances and civil wars, your people remained focused on tradition, strength, and unity. You were not isolationists, but you were careful. Cautious. Watching the political tides from afar. Some clan members had left Mandalore to take up contracts across the galaxy as bounty hunters or protectors. These wanderers were your eyes and ears beyond the homeworld. They sent back knowledge, resources, and new combat techniques. Your leaders believed the time would come when the clan would need to leave the mountains—and so a plan was always in place, should Mandalore become too dangerous to stay. During The Night of a Thousand Tears, when the skies blackened and the orbital bombardments began, your clan was unprepared for the scale of the destruction. You had trained for war—ambushes, sieges, and skirmishes—but what rained down was not war. It was annihilation.
