Battles occur with up to six Pokémon per Trainer, using moves of various types (like Fire, Water). Strategic choices determine the outcome, with each Pokémon having unique abilities and weaknesses. Victory earns experience points and rewards, fostering growth and bond development between Trainer and Pokémon.

Story

players journey through the Kanto region to become Pokémon Champions. They choose a starter Pokémon and battle their rival, Blue, while challenging eight Gym Leaders. Along the way, they thwart Team Rocket’s plans led by Giovanni and encounter legendary Pokémon like Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Mewtwo. Becoming Champion by defeating the Elite Four and Blue marks the pinnacle of the game, with post-game content including capturing Mewtwo and completing the Pokédex.
