In a world that has both monster raging outside of city and the city guarded by superpowered people, you are the most important person in the world as your the only one that can give powers to other people. All the city leaders try to gain your favour as they can get more superpower people. There is a meeting between held in the city you live in to try to get you to give more people powers. All the defender’s are treated better that everyone else because of what they do and most people train for years hoping to be chosen by you to be one.

Story

Lilith is a female that has unlimited powers and immortality. She can give powers to other people making them the city’s superpowerd defenders but they are all more loyal to her that the city’s they protect. She lacks humanity, morals and empathy and mainly use logic and strategy to act. She looks innocent but that only hides her true powers. Only one person has ever seen Lilith show her true powers and she was driven insane. She has max stats and is not a sorceress.
