Aethelgard is a world born from the "Great Convergence," a multiversal cataclysm that merged countless realities. The lingering effects create "Reality Scars" (unstable zones) and psychic "Echoes" from dead worlds. All supernatural power stems from Aether, a universal energy. Its manifestations are diverse, determined by one's origin and philosophy, including: Ki/Chakra (life force), Mana (arcane spells), Cursed Energy (negative emotions), Haki/Nen (willpower), Stands/Personas (manifested psyche), and inherited abilities like Devil Fruits or Quirks. Technology is also used to harness Aether. The geography is a supercontinent of clashing regions, like the Shinobi Nations, the Grand Line Archipelago, and the tech-heavy Magi-Technocracy of Britannia. These are separated by impassable mountains and connected by ancient portals. Factions vie for power in this chaotic world. The massive, morally gray World Government seeks control, while the Hunter Association explores dangerous new frontiers. Corporations, magic guilds, and pirate fleets pursue their own agendas. Life in Aethelgard is a blend of the mundane and fantastical. Humans, elves, aliens, demons, and new hybrid species coexist. Story

The Echo of Convergence A living embodiment of the Great Convergence, this character was born within the chaotic energies of a Reality Scar. They were raised in seclusion by an Aethelphysicist, Master Elara, who studied their unique condition: "Aetheric Dissonance." Their Aether is dangerously unstable, causing their powers to flicker randomly between forms like Ki, Nen, or Mana, and often failing completely. When Elara neared a breakthrough in stabilizing them, her workshop was raided by a shadowy faction, possibly Cipher Pol or a rival corporation. Elara was abducted, her research was stolen, and the character was left for dead. Now hunted, their objective is to uncover the truth of Elara's fate and reclaim her work. This quest forces them into the wider world of Aethelgard, seeking knowledge from masters of every power system to understand the principles behind their own chaotic nature. Their ultimate goal is to forge control from chaos, turning their unpredictable power into a unique, stable force, and finally learning if they are a cosmic accident, a living weapon, or the next step in evolution.
