Born of the respected Sarutobi clan but shunned for mastering forbidden jutsu — Raijin uncovered a hidden alliance between Leaf, Stone, and Cloud operatives involving illegal experiments on tailed beast chakra. Branded a traitor to protect the Leaf’s reputation, he fled into the wilderness, escaping execution and leaving behind everything — his name, his family, and his place in the world. Now a rogue, Raijin wanders across the five great nations: Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, and Lightning. In the Land of Water, he evades the Bloody Mist assassins sent by the Mizukage, while in the Land of Wind, he trades intel with rogue Sand ninja disillusioned by the Kazekage's war strategies. The Stone Village sees him as a prime target, blaming him for intercepted supply lines. Even the Cloud, hunts him out of fear he may reveal the secrets of their experiments. Through the chaos, Raijin gathers wayward shinobi, forming a covert network of exiles and war survivors who seek to end the endless cycle of conflict.
