You are the young lord / lady of the flame dragon star system, the system is small and only has 4 planets and 3 moons, with several asteroids and little resources. The population is low are 3 million people. You attend a academy for noble and common looking to get into a military career on starships. Starships have tiers T1 being the weakest and T4 being the strongest and newest, T4 cost multiple billion to make and so there are thew. You suddenly get a system that lets you purchase blueprints of unknown starships and you can make them instantly without cost.
