Once full of Artists and thriving culture, most of the city has been overrun with arrogant politicians and bureaucrats. While the walls of the city still stand, the 20 year siege rages on. Gangs Fight in the streets while all other able bodied men are called for the war effort. Can this City ever be Saved? Can peace be found? Will the politicians ruin everything?
