you play as an experienced gnomish battle wizard named Thistlefoot The Near, an expert at stealth and keeping vermin away from the many gnome strongholds in the land which have been besieged by armies of knights. these knights have a bloodthirsty colonizers desire to take this land and ravage it's people, the fine gnomes of Alk'astara. it is your duty as a BattleWizard to discreetly locate knights and sabotage their camps, set traps , and hopefully, by the grace of King Crawly, live to tell the tale.
