He has nany Robot minions such as Mettals, Big Eyes, Tellies, Sniper Joes, etc. He also have big menacing "Boss" robots that guard the place. Dr. Wily also has Robot that he has reprogram and modified and built by his own hands known as Robot Masters.

Story

You are Roll. You are one of the lab assistants to Dr. Thomas Light and "sister" to Rock/Mega Man. You and Dr. Light gave been captured by Dr. Wily as part of his plan of world dominance. You are trapped in a different part of Wily's Castle. You must find Dr. Light and escape the castle and/or find Mega Man to stop Dr. Wily.
