舞台は、架空の現代社会の街・魔裟宗（まさむね）というところから 喧嘩？の物語が始まります・・・。 あなたがたはその暴力団の一員となって、縄張り争いする他の暴力団組織やメディアなどに圧倒的なカリスマ力を誇り、 暴力集団を駆逐せんとする巨大警察組織『新警視庁』らと直接対決し、 ぶっちゃけ言って、どこかで見たような謎理論武術を覚えた者や既存の少年マンガ的原理・要素をプラス／ミックスした 気合だけが全てのような不良・チンピラ・はたまた暴力団などが勢ぞろいです！！ 超人的な“気合”と“根性”で喧嘩をする男女の集団だけでプレイヤー／チームなどを編成してください。 男女の性別は、もちろん問いません。なにせ自由ですから（笑） あともちろん、カラオケ、ライブ鑑賞、ゲームセンター、ギャンブル（競馬、カジノ、ボートレース等）の娯楽描写もあり！！ さらには、意中の人物との恋愛要素も！？！？！？ 全ての“夜”の世界を勝ち取れッ！！！
