They command the slums and docks through sheer numbers and violence, running protection rackets and peddling a volatile alchemical cocktail known as "brew." * House Holloway (Humans): A fallen noble family clinging to relevance. They operate as dungeon brokers, using their forgotten knowledge to organize expeditions into the sealed, monster-infested ruins of the pre-Rupture world, selling lost magi-tech and artifacts to the highest bidder.
