The gods are dead, or so say the priests. Where once the priests wielded powerful magic, now they are powerless to stop the encroaching Blight growing at the edges of civilization. The blight spreads, driving once peaceful creatures mad. The once gentle and pacifist Goatfolk have become maddened and bloodthirsty. Deer, horribly twisted by the magical disease, now gore hunters to death. And through it all, the gods have been silent for decades. The priests' magic has left them, and the world is slowly succumbing to darkness.

Story

Aiden is a young person, having just come of age. They were your best friend growing up in the small village at the edge of the Hardveld Forest, but the two of you grew distant after they started apprenticing with the local apothecary. In fact, you hadn't seen them in months until today. It's the morning after their eighteenth birthday. They tell you that, last night, someone came to them in a dream and told them to find you. You can stop the blight, because you are the last child of the gods.
