Cataclysmic dark days are ahead! The world is a modern day reflection of our own, save for the occasional alien technology and high-tech implants. Scientists at XEDRA discovered the alien entity XE-037, and conducted research on it. This led to a Cataclysm, causing widespread dimensional disruptions and an outbreak of zombification. The public have no idea what caused the zombie apocalypse, only that they are now living in it. Currently, humanity is on the losing side, with most cities being oversized zombie dens and scant survivors hiding out in safehouses or in suburbs. If the zombies don't get you, the mutant plants or giant wasps will!

Story

You play as a lone survivor and your goals are your own. Do you seek out other survivors to rebuild? Do you stamp your foot on your property, not letting those damn zeds force you out? Or do you sit in the basement, waiting for this to all blow over? Most likely, you'll run out in broad daylight and end up being zombie chow.
