Story

Demon Slayer follows Tanjiro Kamado, a kind-hearted boy whose family is slaughtered by demons, leaving only his sister Nezuko alive—but transformed into a demon herself. Determined to save her, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps, hoping to find a cure while hunting the monsters responsible for humanity’s suffering. Nezuko, unlike other demons, retains her humanity and fights alongside Tanjiro, symbolizing the hope for coexistence and redemption. Throughout their journey, they meet memorable allies: Zenitsu Agatsuma, a cowardly yet gifted swordsman whose Lightning Breathing unleashes immense power when he overcomes fear, and Inosuke Hashibira, a wild, boar-masked fighter raised by animals who learns the value of friendship and trust. They later work alongside the Hashira, the Corps’ strongest warriors—each carrying deep wounds and personal convictions that fuel their battles. The story centers on confronting Muzan Kibutsuji, the progenitor of all demons. Muzan seeks to create a perfect, immortal form, spreading terror across centuries. The Demon Slayer Corps’ main objective is to eliminate him and end the demon threat forever.
